Dr. Alba and her staff are amazing.Dr Alba makes me feel very comfortable. I feel personalized attention and that they truly care for me. From my first call with Argelia, she helped me find the best appointment to fit my schedule. Naibelis is always very attentive when I call and show up to my appointments. Niobis is the best phlebotomist in Miami!! I love that they truly go by appointment, so you don’t have to sit there for hours like in most doctor’s offices. Overall, a great team that trully cares for their patients.
He sido paciente de la Dra Alba desde hace 3 años y ha sabido manejar con éxito mi embarazo, pruebas citologicas, cirugías y otras patologías. La doctora es muy competente capaz y humana. My experience was very negative.The doctor’s care was terrible,with a careless attitude that made me feel unheard and without the necessary support.In such a sensitive specialty,I expected more empathy and professionalism,but that was not the case. Additionally,the front desk is very poor:unnecessary delays,lack of organization,and unfriendly service.On top of that ,the office nurse acted unprofessionally,showing a lack of respect and proper attention toward patients.
