I had an issue with heat build up on my CPU on a custom IBuyPower build and needed some diagnostics and most likely a new application of of thermal paste. Brought in a laptop that was not properly loading for the free diagnostic test. Was called and informed that mostly likely it had a corrupt operating system and that they could repair it for for me, I turned down the service and received my laptop two days later. When attempting to restore the laptop myself and with the help of another tech support service it was discovered that the C drive contained no data. We can definitively say that we did not lose your data. We only performed non-invasive, free diagnostics that would never impact the integrity of a customers data. Please note it was free diagnostics, and our diagnostic was correct that the OS needed to be reloaded because it was corrupt.
Those people over there at Alba Tech are the s***!!!� Cindy one of the new guys diagnose the sound problem on my computer didn't charge me a dime. I recommend anybody take the stuff over those techs. I know I will for now on. Well actually that's the only place I really go.
