RecommendedI am having a great experience living here so far, it's a great place to live in if you are single/couple or even a family with children. Great community events, super good maintenance and amenities.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. The staff are rude and demeaning. They make you pay A LOT of money for rent plus A LOT of surprise fees and force you to park at the other end of the complex in another building and will lie to your face about wanting to help you find parking at your building but do nothing to help you. The maintenance is creepy and will also lie to your face. They say they’re getting rid of Airbnb but they’re all the people you’ll see. The manager of this building Cheryl St. Julien should be fired. I've never dealt with someone that rude for no reason. Do not recommend Alaya to anyone!
Alyaya Hollywood needs to control the cockroach, and rat issue that continues to persist within the community. Also, If the property is going to incentivize those who AirBNB their property then they need to be responsible for the complete cost of damage that occurs when property is damaged through those that AirBNB their units.

Since the new Company and management took over it's 100% better! Better security, very nice office staff, and everything in my place gets fixed asap when needed, I don't know what some of you are complaining about, maybe ur too much of a diva! They are in the process of a BIG NICE remodel, so your loss! My only thing is the Air BNB that's not supposed to be here and they are annoying, loud and leave trash out! Significant maintenance issues, paint chipping & elevators were messy. Numerous short term rentals = loud hallways and overflowing trash cans.
