Nick was a great help during the inspection process. He is one of the best in the business. When he found problems he also gave a thorough explanation and possible solutions. His final report included photos and explications of any problems.

Nick was great. He was very professional and very thorough. He explained all the information in the report, but he also gave me preventative information so I can head off things that may become an issue down the road. I really appreciated that. Nick is the definition of a true professional. I had mold in a shower and did a complete tear out. I had Nick come out to test for residual mold and the test came back positive. Nick walked me through many options and thoroughly explained how to complete the clean up myself which saved me a lot of money. He made himself available for a follow up test, which passed thanks to his advise, that allowed me to keep my timeline with reconstructing the shower. We got a 1 year home inspection before our builder walkthrough and so happy we did! Nick found so many things that would not have been noticed otherwise that were huge safety concerns. Nick was quick to schedule, communication was wonderful before and after the scheduled inspection, on time and professional. He explained things easily and gave tips for talking to the builder. Very pleased with our experience and will use again or recommend in the future!
