Just a nice quiet place to stay. The rooms are really clean and I plan on staying here when I want to spend the night in Wasilla!
Clean room with a clean full size fridge, sink, microwave and dishes. I don't let other guest make my stay unpleasant when they are noisy. Nice sized Flat-screen TV. Nice hot shower for the end of my day before bedtime.
Horrific traffic. Location is horrible. Find somewhere else to stay. Staff was very unprofessional. If you call 911 for a medical emergency they will kick you out. Even when wife advised front desk that husband was having a grand mall seizure. They had 1 year old baby girl and temperature was in the negatives. So make sure you are in excellent health before booking here.
We've stayed for 1 night off season. There were just a couple of guests in the hotel, hence quiet. Kitchenette (!) with all you need for you stay is a huge plus while traveling Alaska. BTW, Wasilla is a large place, lots of services, relatively cheap gas. If you fail to find an accommodation in Palmer, Wasilla is just 20 mins away.
