Many promises followed by a faulty HVAC Installation. Alaskan installed my new HVAC system crooked, so the AC drain leaked and flooded my house, they installed loud, noisy, oversized condenser unit outside that in winter wakes up people sleeping inside in two bedrooms. Alaskan hawks a $250+/yr maintenance plan that doesn’t cover their additional exorbitant costs of parts & labor ($175 for 10 minutes labor using my hose to lightly rinse off the outdoor condenser).
