Gold Rush Fine Jewelry is hands down the most talented and most caring jewelers I ever dealt with! They were able to make a custom gold nugget engagement ring for my husband and send it down to me all the way to Miami, Florida! They walked me step-by-step throughout the process and answered all my questions! I mostly dealt with Laura and she is the best!!! I highly recommend these jewelers! Yes they are expensive, but you will not find this quality anywhere else! Try it yourself and see!
They are AMAZING. Not only as fine craftsmen/women, but as people. They put heart and soul into their work and it shows. I had a pendant made and it literally brought me to tears when I saw the finished product. Thank you <3

Mike at Gold Rush & I came up with a design to completely reset my wedding set and I picked it up today and it turned out beautiful! I highly recommend them, this is my 5th or 6th custom piece and I love them all.
Great place, and great people. I took my moms wedding set into GoldRush and they created forget me not flower pendants out of the rings for my sisters and I. Easy to work with and local. The display case is filled with some amazing one of a kind pieces.
I have had only positive experiences with Alaskan Gold Rush Jewelry! I brought home to AK a piece of Tourmaline, mined in my native state of ME that I wished to have placed in a ring. It was an unconventional sized stone and Mike worked with me until we got the perfect ring shank to place it in. Now I have a one-of-a-kind blue tourmaline ring featuring a stone mined in the state of my birth. Thank you to Mike and all the fine folks at Gold Rush for making my wish come true!!
A few years ago I called and asked if they bought gold to melt down and reuse, he said yes. Drove there and asked the guy behind the counter to reaffirm that, he pointedly said "No" to me and stared. I hadn't felt so obviously native profiled til then. Haven't wanted to go back and never been. Fairbanks has other local jewelry stores with better customer service
