He was very helpful when we setup our insurance at the end of 2021 for the year 2022. We have been trying to get in touch with him for a couple of weeks now to review our plan for 2023. We called and waited on the line for him for about an hour several times. We get down to the tenth caller on hold, then it jumps to 20 calls holding.
