Alex and Ronnie were very professional and polite answered questions with logical answers. Noticed a humming rather loud coming from blower motor. They did not have a part needed so they are going to go back and have it put on the board to get that out and installed and bring some rubber cushions to quiet the vibration of the blower motor. They cleaned up after themselves inside and outside kudos to both of you. Sam brought a portable AC unit for the homeowner who is 78 years old to run while the unit was being replaced. I am shocked at how fast they were here. I called after 4pm. And the technician was here by 5:40. He was very nice and checked everything out, and explained everything to me. I am very glad and grateful that I contacted this company. I have to add that the latest tech they sent me was really great! RJ noticed what none of the others have for the past 4+ years have. The unit needed a pvc pipe to drain in and the entire unit was sitting crooked! He took the time to fix it and it’s already working better inside.
