Community care is the worst. Hold for hours and no call back for 6 weeks. Caused me physical harm from not being able to get physical therapy after surgery and then they tried to say it was my fault. Ugh, what the heck is going on
First time here and they hit it out of the park! The only improvement I’d like to see is more signage in the building, finding the outpatient surgery center was difficult
I give it a 2 because some of the clinics are great. Otherwise the worst VA service I’ve had. Nothing but obstacles to care.
