The process of getting help is convoluted and not accessible, the process of customer service is not better. No humans available to assist when their systems don't work, and no sense of urgency when the problem needs solving within a time frame.
Really disappointed. We were told by phone before we went there that there was no wait but then waited 15 minutes in the lobby and 40 minutes in the room. Once the PA entered she had already decided there was nothing wrong with my child. She did not bother to conduct an exam until after telling me and my child that she would not be helping him and that she assumed nothing was wrong. Staff was nice. Super quick. Provider was great. However the radiologist never called me regarding my x ray. The provider sent a referral to orthopedics, but since I never got confirmation of what my injury was I have been weary of making more appointments elsewhere and potentionally getting a bunch of unnecessary medical bills. When I called the office the receptionist told me they have no idea if my results were sent to radiology, what the status was, and he had no way of finding out. He instructed me to wait. Overall, I am very satisfied with this clinic. Their staff is kind and professional, and providers are knowledgeable.
