This is a review of the customer service provided by the office staff. If you call their phone line it will say you are the ___ caller in line and to wait for the next customer service person. When you get to first in the call line it bumps you to a voice mail...what is the point of waiting then? this has happened multiple times. Zero clue what they are doing when it comes to customer services.
Very professional office, fantastic medical assistants
The ONLY plus to this office is the amazing front desk staff. The Medical Assistants are ignorant, rude, constantly late, and all around useless. This is the perfect office to go when you want to be the only patient in the office and still seen an hour after your appointment time. I’d recommend a second option when it comes to referrals to this place. Poorly managed, do better
I had a lipoma ( Clyde ) removed and it was the easiest procedure I have ever had. Dr Floerchinger is a wonderful, caring , thoughtful And very knowledgeable doctor. I’d recommend him for any procedure to Anyone! Mary Stemmle
I was brought to Providence via ambulance in January 2024 after a crush injury where I was pinned under a truck for at least 1 hour 15 minutes. I was seen by Dr. Meadows and Morrison of ATACS. Both refused to order re-reads of my imaging after the radiologist saw only 2 fractures. Dr. Meadows said he looked at the imaging himself as well. ATACS providers patronized me for expressing pain because my injuries were "minor" based on the radiology report.
