I am appalled and deeply dissatisfied with the experience I had today at the Anchorage AK SPCA, specifically with the complete lack of communication, professionalism, and blatant disregard for basic customer service displayed by their staff veterinarian. I brought my two medically fragile cats in for dental cleanings this morning and made two separate phone calls to check on their status. Great and k I nd service
They were kind, relatively fast and efficient, but there's no where to sit down if you don't have a car. Things that made sense in 2020-2021 no longer do...even some benches outside would be better than what's there now...nothing
