Professional and caring staff, I was very impressed. I was dealing with an emergency situation and Alaska Shoulder & Orthopaedic was able to schedule me quickly, and help me navigate insurance and billing. I felt cared for, and would not hesitate to send a friend or family member to them for surgery.

I was treated professionally by ALL STAFF and SURGEON. I personally highly recommend this practice!
Dr.Mentzer is the best of the best! He's just fantastic is every way possible! I had a tumor on my thumb of all places that he removed ( think about that) and I had pieces of cartilage in my elbow that he removed he's just hands down the best!
My experience was wonderful! Dr. Mentzer surgically repaired my fractured radius a few years back. I felt a sincere connection with him, he truly cares about his patients and their surgical outcome. We’re blessed to have a this authentic professional serving in our community.
