Our vacation to Alaska was amazing, the salmon bake was okay ,actually I preferred the fried fish over the salmon .

Great food, great setting. You can eat inside or out. They have salmon, cod, steak and when I was there all you can eat crab legs. There's a salad bar, bread and sides, plus a dessert cabin with desserts and coffee. Go hungry as it's a lot of food like any buffet but it's high quality and worth the price. My brother lives in Fairbanks and residents get a discount. He didn't know that until they told us about it.

Ate here 20 years ago and salmon was best ever had. Brought French wife here in July boasting about how great it was going to be. Big disapointment. Salmon was not n the same. Now was catering to bus loads of tourists who eat anything as long as there was pkenty of it. Tasted like they were using one of the less tasty species of salmon (there are 5). Saving the day a little was that now the famous salmon bake had crab legs which were good.
