We had a great experience with Dago. He came out quickly to check our refrigeration system at our business and took the time to explain everything in detail. I called Alaska Air, and they were very receptive and they tried to help me immediately with my problem. They sent a technician out the same day. The technician was able to assess the problem and work on my walk-in system so we could continue cooling our food, and therefore we then lose Our fresh food to spoilage. The technician was very kind.
