We were very happy to rent a space here for our RV. We lived in Anchorage and rented in 2 separate places prior to finding them. The other were secure and both we had trouble with. At one well known storage place our RV was broken into ransacked and burglarized. At Alaska Park & Store we never had a problem. They were very easy to work with, friendly, & reasonably priced. Easy to work with - they let me choose which spot I wanted. It's super convenient having a storage facility right next to a grocery store and the onramp to the highway. Makes it nice and easy to pack up the rig and get rolling over to a campsite quick.
About a year ago i noticed this storage site at the North end of Eagle River. I needed a space to store a cargo trailer and inquired. They had 2 spaces to store our trailer. I called and talked to an agent and then i filled out the application online including some pictures. The next day we followed up with a phone conversation and finalized the contract. It is a very safe place and the agents are wonderful to work with.
The lot is paved which is a huge plus. No more gravel or mud parking stalls. Managers are always quick to respond to questions and anything we need. Location is great with quick access to Fred Meyers and Three Bears. Would highly recommend Alaska Park and Store.
Five stars for Alaska Park & Store! The customer service here is always friendly, responsive, and professional—truly a standout. The lot is spacious, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gives great peace of mind. It's also very easy to access right off the highway for commuters that may want to check on or access their stored vehicle. I also appreciate that it’s a locally owned business that clearly takes pride in its work. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the community. Highly recommend!
