My husband and I got married on July 24th, 2014. We used the catering department at APU. Our catering was AMAZING. Several life long Alaskans said the salmon was the best they've ever had. The food was great! We had a sit down dinner with wonderful service for less than any other caterer was asking. I would highly recommend Alaska Pacific University's catering department.
