I was referred to Alaska Neurology Center while trying to find a new Neurologist who would assume care. I wanted a provider who would listen to me. I found that with Dr. Henzler, and I am happy I took a chance with seeing him. Dr. Mulgrew came into the room and started talking. While I told him what was going on, it felt like he wasn't listening. After about 10 minutes. He stood up and said, " Did you hear all of that?" and a little voice from his chest came out and said, "Yes." and said some other stuff and he had a conversation with her. This office has the rudest, most unhelpful front desk staff i have ever encountered. If they can't bill you for the "service" they will not help you. All about the money. I'm talking to you Amber Lynn. You are in the wrong business. Change your attitude. Zero stars.
Dr. Woods and her team are unbelievably wonderful! I would recommend her, whole heartedly, to anyone needing assistance and guidance in the neurology field. Dr. Woods always answers our questions and requests in a timely manner and has stepped up to help on several occasions when dealing with other offices. Thank you Dr. Woods and thank you Taylor for your continued help in navigating this difficult and stressful situation. 100% the best Dr. I have ever had.
