The appointment with the audiologist was good; however the specialist (not sure of his profession) and the man who scheduled the appointment in the ENT Clinic was only interested in giving me a set of hearing aids to the point of arguing with me when we tried to explain we just wanted to get his ears cleaned and looked at closely. We would have listened to his recommendations but not his insistence that hearing aids be ordered for him My husband). Whoever answered is tired of working there. Thats why i quit seeking help for my hearing loss at that place. Hopefully in the near future when a different person answers they wont get mad at me for asking them politely to speak clearly.
