If I can give them zero stars and get $8000 back from them, that would be my preference. They are extremely difficult to work with terrible customer service and hard to get in contact with. I’ve been trying to get some thing resolved for seven months now with no help from this company.

Absolute disgrace of an insurance company. I've been waiting two weeks to get a claim number and appraiser assigned after their idiot client drove his truck into my parked car in a parking lot. They completely embody "delay, deny, defend."
This company is being utilized by my HOA. We had water damage and have taken years to get it remedied even though we all pay our HOA dues, and once they start demolishing they just leave it for weeks. When I start asking why my house is not livable it’s because Alaska national insurance won’t do their jobs. When I call to try and talk to anyone I am lucky to get a voicemail box. Don’t do business here unless you have to.
They are greedy, self-centered establishment that lie cheat and steel just like any other insurance company...
