There is no communication, I was selling my condo and the roof started to leak 2 weeks before closing. They sent someone to remove the snow from the roof and said someone would repair the water damage at some point within the next few months... but I didn't have a few months. So I was told to hire someone and they would pay him. It is now 3 months after the repair and I no longer live in the condo. But they still have not paid for the repair. Pretty awful HOA management company. Conflict of interests where the owner is also the owner of the services they hire, like landscaping, and the real estate company they advertise to communities, without properly disclosing as such. Refused to fix damage caused by their sub par landscapers. Difficult to communicate with and still refusing to provide access to important documents on their portal. Do not use these people.
The lack of response is making closing on this condo difficult.

I've not once ever been so frustrated with a management group in my entire life. I closed on my first condo and the neighbors unit flooded a couple days after which then they had someone urgently come to my unit around midnight to cut the sheetrock and dry everything. After going back and forth with AMG, they said they'd find someone to fix the sheetrock. This has been going on for over 4 months then to be told that they can't do anything about it.
