Can't wait for a real Apple store in Anchorage!!! I've really tried to give these guys a few chances, but they just don't get it. Their customer service and product support is really poor - they just refer you to Apple support. So what's the benefit of buying from them? There is none. Chances are good (I think) that dealing with the Anchorage Mac Store will only get you as frustrated as I am with them . Just buy direct, or from Amazon, pay a little shipping, and avoid this business.
