Care was excellent. My moderate rating is because of a balance bill from the nurse anesthetists and weak office staff. The nurse anesthetists used by Alaska Lasik are not in the Premera network, which results in an unnecessary balance bill from the anesthetists. It was hard to get any accurate insurance information from the office staff. They wanted me to sign a statement saying Alaska Lasik could balance bill when that is prohibited under their contract. Talk about surprise billing! you guys hit the motherload. Not only did my insurance pay you thousands of dollars, I am being billed for over $4000. plus my night vision sucks. I would NEVER recommend you to my worst enemy
Recommended5 stars! I wish I would have done Lasik sooner. the entire staff is very knowledgeable, and they explain EVERYTHING to you- There are no surprises and it is painless. I went from having a -6.50 in contacts to having 20/15 vision with MY OWN EYES! I highly recommend them.
I had lasik performed by Dr. Coulter yesterday, today woke up with 20/20 vision! The staff were wonderful, very efficient and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Coulter

It's been a little over two years since having iLasik. I have to say it is the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I'm amazed every day at how clearly I can see. Just over two years later and I would still do this again in a heartbeat. No regrets, I have perfect eyesight and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process.
