Although I have had some difficulties over the past 15 years, or so, I have consistently found the Senior Medical staff to be very compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding. I have multiple complex medical issues and am a retired knowledgeable medical professional, which has seemed to complicate communications with some members of the residency program. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to senior adults and to families alike.
The providers here are great, however it takes almost an hour on hold to request an appointment and the rudeness of the staff that answer the phone was beyond belief, and definitely not what I've come to expect from Providence.
