The staff are simply awful, inconsiderate rude and indifferent. They booked me into the wrong imaging lab with the paperwork incomplete and the lab tried to phone with no reply. This being the case I did not after spending thousands of dollars get the correct procedure. When you try to contact them they do not reply. A complete waste of money and my insurance company dropped them after my written complaints. My brother could use a good liver specialist. Has anyone seen these Drs.who have had a positive experience with them ? Very negative reviews on here from 2014
The women who work in this office are unprofessional, inconsistent with the information they provide, and rude. They are more concerned with excusing poor behavior than making sure the patient is cared for.
