We purchased the Vermont Castings Defiant wood stove last fall, and it has been exceptional. It heats our entire home with ease, and one of its best features is the ability to load wood from the top—no need to open the front doors. Craig and his wife, Laurie, were a pleasure to work with. They answered all of our questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. 2 stars because the gentleman that was there smiled and spoke well when I walked in. The missing stars are because once I mentioned only needing parts not the service and had a question, I was told someone would have to call me back.... A week now, still waiting 🤔 ....moving on ...would've liked a local place - oh well.
Craig was very knowledgeable. Went out of his way to help us find the part we need.
Love my Harmon but Glowing. Embers once you buy never call you back when u need service ….not good
