Excellent customer service! Went out of their way to make sure I could even get DTV before I signed up - They made sure that I had line of site at our new residence and were extremely friendly. Thank you Jim and Brytnee!
Brytnee was extremely helpful and personable as well as quite knowledgeable about tv options and sincerely tries to meet your needs and is not pushy. The installers had a difficult time finding a place on our home site where reception was possible, they perserverd. Everyone we came in contact with whether in person, over the phone was extremely professional. Thank Alaska Cellular & Satellite!
