Lied about square footage
This building is a waste of your time. Lied about square footage, balcony, and unit photos in ad. Rep continued to lie when I specifically mentioned the balcony in my inquiry. 🚩🚩🚩
My issues with this building started when the new management company took over. I'm amazed that Blanton Turner (the management company) is able to stay in business. Their customer service is garbage. I found it amusing the "Multi-tasking Ninja" that overlooks this property couldn't actually do their job. I was double billed. When they took over they failed to notify the residents that there was new management and that rent would need to be paid somewhere new.
