Our store was demolished a number of years ago when Publix bought out the entire lot. Our term was not up and alarm club absolutely refused to cancel the contract despite there was no longer a building left to monitor and demanded to pay the entire rest of the time left. Stay away, far away from this company.
Bad experience with customer service over the phone. I've been a customer for years... but not anymore.
I ordered a part(a 24 hour back-up battery for my Lyric panel) and it was supposed to be shipped in 7-10 days. It is now 37 days later and it still has not been received. I have called every day for the past week and finally demanded a refund. Now they are telling me it was shipped a couple days ago, but can't give me any tracking information. For a company you need to depend on 24/7. they sure have poor customer service. Don't order parts from them unless you can't get it anywhere else.
