I was very saddened when I saw a friend that I visit on the weekends with a towel underneath her and her legs uncovered. Seems the aid left her without taking care of her first. In addition her room smelled. It is very cruel of aids not to take care of the residents with kindness and compassion. They should be working somewhere else.

It's consistently a delightful environment where your loved one receives attentive care. I've frequented this place many times to visit my dad. He enjoys a private room, and our time together is always enjoyable. Ma'tai, one of the staff members, is consistently helpful and even allows my dad to accompany me downstairs to bid farewell.
