Was a patient there. The provider Jim was super nice but his staff sucks. Particularly the front desk. You pay for each visit which was $129. Initial consult and labs, review of blood panel and then for actual injection. I paid it. The second time I asked why it was so much because copay is $30. They said they messed up and I have a credit. Cool. Second issue is scheduling conflict. They scheduled me for two different days by accident and I wasted time going up there. Not even sure what the name of the person that's supposed to be a "practitioner" was. He's extremely rude & disrespectful. You can hear him screaming at employees and actually cursing. I don't think he's even licensed. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I don't want my children in a primary care that talks that way and pushes weight loss medications like a drug dealer. The office was extremely filthy and the office staff have no training in medical care.
Dr. Jim Whited literally saved my life! I went it for help with weight loss. He is very detailed with blood work, told me to go see my obgyn immediately and sure enough after a Hysterectomy they found cervical cancer. Because of Dr. Jim it was caught early and treated. I'm cancer free as of today, but he gave me great advice that my oncologist would not have. If you need a great health and wellness Doctor this is the right place. I am very grateful for the entire office and staff thank you all for everything you do!
