10/10 experience with William Fortune, and the clinic in general! I've been to a variety of massage clinics in Victoria. Today was my first time at Alaria, and I really enjoyed my experience. The location is ideal for us downtown office workers, and I appreciated that they had earlier morning booking slots! The office was very welcoming, warm tone lighting, nice plants and decorations. Heidi is warm, inviting and lovely all around :) She is also great at what she does! I enjoyed my treatment and feel she worked well on my trouble areas, plus more. I appreciated her communication, checking in on how I was doing as she treated me as well. Highly recommend!
My massage with Heidi was just what I needed. She was attentive to my needs, friendly, asked questions, made sure pressure was ok throughout and paid attention to areas that needed it. I was comfortable, especially with the heated massage table, enjoyed the music and the room is such a lovely space. Will be returning.
i feel better and moves a bit well after my session and thought me some exercise that i can make at home.
