Madison was gentle, explained everything and was very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in her hands and walked away with less pain and more range of motion than what I walked in with.
I highly recommend Heidi for deep therapeutic sports massage. Her treatments are great for managing stiffness, soreness plus I’m making improvements dealing with longer term injuries.
Going for a massage with Heidi is an absolute treat and it promotes my health & well-being. As a runner, Heidi uses her know how to support my training by focusing in on the parts of my body that thrive by being massaged. She is strong, bright and has a warm & welcoming disposition. I feel so lucky to have found her😀
