Trash service, take an Uber make sure they go out of business. They take too long to show up and if it's Friday they don't show up at all. If you want to pay unreasonably high prices for terrible service, or not have your car come at all this is the company for you
This company is always on time and is an excellent value they charged $80 from East Brunswick to Newark airport for a stretch limo stocked bottled water, soda and chips which were included.
I have used Alan's Limousine Service on many occasions over the past several years for both business and personal travel. There are lot's of other choices out there but I have always stuck with Alan's for two reasons: They always pick me up on time and get me to the airport at the agreed upon time AND they are always there waiting for me on the return flight, even if my flight has been delayed by several hours. HORRIBLE SERVICE! THIEVES! DO NOT USE! At first they seemed very helpful and friendly. I was talking to Alan 2 months before my wedding. 2 WEEKS before, he was suppose to call me for a deposit and never did. I called every day for over a week which left me panicking. FINALLY, 6 days before my wedding he gets in contact with me and we secure 2 shuttles for my guests and a limo for my wife and I. I put down over half as a deposit.
