I walked into the new location of Alan's flowers and walked out. This flower shop has very little to offer. The clerk was smoking a cigarette in the store and there was a cloud of smoke in the store. This however did not stop me from looking at the flowers for my wife who loves roses and lilies. The roses were very old with brown pedals and limp leaves. All I can say is a big thanks, when another local florist really messed up, Alans made it better.
Shop repeatedly charged my card for services/ merchandise NOT ordered! Fraud case STILL open! Website is now absolute, and phone calls go unanswered. WATCH YOUR CARD STATEMENTS!!!!!
My wife got called in to work on Valentines Day. Right after she left the house, I called and ordered two dozen roses to be sent to her job. Not only did they gladly accept the order, but her job is about 15 minutes away and the flowers were being delivered as she walked in the door.The roses were beautiful and are still in perfect condition as I am writing this 5 days later.My only complaint was that they spelled Te Amo ("I love you" in spanish) wrong, but I think that was due to my poor cell phone reception when I spelled ... read more
who ever thinks of this shop as being good, best or excellent must be on the same drug as the owner. your fake comment need to be put back where they came from jackie, mary, jan etc etc etc must be part of the pipe!!!! watch your credit cards!!!!
Just love the friendly service and the selection of flowers and plants
Alan's Desert Florist is anything but a reputable florist. I recently purchased a dozen red roses over the phone for a friends birthday. When a arrived at her home to take her out to dinner I was very disappointed with the roses. First, there were only 10 stems, not a dozen. Second, the roses look as if they were designed by an amateur not a florist, or maybe it had fallen over in the delivery van. I am not sure, but they were all pushed to one side of the vase.
