Great Prices I came to Alan's for a car smog check. They were very quick to get it in and out. I think it took them about 20 minutes to do it, which was great because I had gone to do it on my lunch break. It was very inexpensive and the staff there is very nice.

Wow Wow everything went super smooth for me. I made an appointment online, took my car in and I dealt with Alan here in Colorado Springs to handle some issues I was having with my Chevy big truck. He was very professional and didn't try and sell me service I didn't need as I did already know what the issue was. Ordered the parts and my car was done before the close of business.
Customer for 11 years For 11 years Alan's Automotive has worked on several vehicles I own. In each case effective repairs have been made more than satisfactorily. The quality of attitude and mechanical expertise far exceeds the norm!

A/C service Took my Mitsubishi in for some A/C service. Wasn't blowing cool enough air through the vents. I was able to drop off on Friday and pick up on Saturday which was convenient for my work schedule. I appreciated the staff and Alan was up front up the charge and the addition of the freon to boost the cool level.
Trustworthy Most importantly, I trust Alan. He has absolutely stood by his work and if there are any problems, he will make it right.
Knows his diesels! What I am most impressed with is Alanâs knowledge - He knows diesels! It has been so refreshing to work with him, because he really knows what he is talking about and if he doesnât know something he researches it and studies it until he knows exactly what it going on. He spent countless hours pouring over technical schematics and theories with SVO conversions and combined that with his own extensive expertiseâ¦I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.
