WORST EXPERIENCE. One of the staff members literally started yelling at us for no valid reason. We were shocked. We weren’t being loud or disrespectful, just browsing quietly. There’s absolutely no excuse for that kind of unprofessional behavior, especially in a customer-facing business. No wonder it's always empty
Rudest experience of all the gold shops concentrated in that Jackson Heights area. Bengali employee berated us for trying to look at different items, saying “you will buy from me so I will be the one showing you”. Cribbed about coming from one side of the counter to the other, annoyed at the fact I went to view the bracelet section while she showed my mom bangles.
