Bad bad bad customer service For a store that acts like working in a gold shop is some kind of luxury job, the customer service is extremely poor. There was no professionalism, no respect, and no basic courtesy. I would never recommend this place to anyone

I’d honestly give less stars if possible. Please go somewhere that you’re treated with respect and value, they’re extremely rude here. They speak about you , they’ll laugh at you, probably won’t even ask what you need. Literally argued with them bc of their disgusting attitude

My friend and I came in to look at a gold ring and politely asked an employee if she could speak to her manager about the price. Instead of being helpful, she became rude and defensive. I respectfully called her “aunty,” which is a cultural term of respect since she is clearly much older than me. She immediately pointed her finger at me and snapped, “You called me aunty, right?
