My friend and I came in to look at a gold ring and politely asked an employee if she could speak to her manager about the price. Instead of being helpful, she became rude and defensive. I respectfully called her “aunty,” which is a cultural term of respect since she is clearly much older than me. She immediately pointed her finger at me and snapped, “You called me aunty, right? The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they always make me feel comfortable. whenever I bring my little cousins, they go out of their way to make them smile and even give them candy sometimes. I’ve been here many times and always find something I like, they have a wide variety of selection with unique pieces but also sell popular pieces like vancleef or cartier dupes

Why isn’t there anything lower than a 1? This place is awful. They get annoyed when you don’t wanna make a purchase. They also over charge, they will tell you one price and your receipt will show a completely different one. Don’t trust them, it’s empty for a reason.
