Went to Alanis Detail because I had read awesome things online. We just got a foam wash expecting to pay $15. After we were finished they told us they considered our RAV4 a full size suv so it was going to be $20. Definitely wouldn’t have had this service done for $15. Really wish they would have been more upfront about their pricing.
Super friendly guys and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend the wax and polish. Will be back for the ceramic polish.

They did a GREAT JOB!!! I booked my appointment on here for this Tuesday and it was confirmed. When I got there though, they didn't have my appointment on the schedule. NO PROBLEM! They apologized, took my car in and started working on it immediately. He said it would take two hours and it was done in 2 hours! They have free WiFi, so I got some stuff done while I waited. my car looks amazing and it would have taken me an entire day to do the job they did in 2 hrs for $60!!! Very happy with Alanis!

Made an appointment the day before, went in and was greeted by friendly employees. only got a quick detail but they finished in the time they had quoted it would take to do it. overall they were great! fast, friendly, good customer service and also offered me their new punch card! thank you!
