I had a scheduled appointment for my 2016 chevy Silverado crew cab, they had it for 6 hrs the first day the entire following day for the Alanis cleaning package, paid extra for them to remove some over spray...they didn't remove all the over spray, and never touched the engine area... they took my wood from the back about 15 pieces, ruined my front windshield both side windows and sunroof...after all said and done, they refunded my money I got all the damaged windows replaced and retinted, they paid for the windows and tint,... read more
