I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alana both for a home for my mother-in-law a few years back when she first moved to Boise, and most recently working with her on the same deal for a mountain property on the listing/buyer sides. She’s responsive, detailed, reasonable and fair - and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a best in class experience!
Alana has been nothing short of incredible. Got me into a house that met and surpassed my expectations and helped me along with the whole process. While we had issues with the title company at some points, Alana handled it promptly and I usually only found out after she had resolved it. Will 100% be using her for any future home purchases and would recommend her to any potential home buyers

Alana was a great agent. She worked with us close to 8 months to find our cabin in the mountains. Changing locations & amenities at times as our needs changed. She went out of her way a couple of times to show us cabins while on vacations and always stayed in touch if something new came up and she was easily accessible . It was a pleasure working with Alana.
Alana made the home search process super easy and convenient. She was always able to meet us on our timeline to look at properties. She also was excellent in the negotiation process with the seller! We got a great deal at a great price thanks to her! Will definitely recommend and work with her again in the future!
