Alana is great! Most of the trainers are really supportive and motivating and there are a variety of classes. I especially like the circuit training, boot camp, and cross training classes. I also participated in the 21-Day Fitness Challenge. It was motivating to work as a team. The other gym members are friendly and it's nice to see the same faces and have a small community.

I signed up today for The gym. The gym is small but clean and The people are friendly. Andy spent alot if time explaining and talking about The gym. Im looking forward to start working out.
I love the yoga classes here. The staff is lovely and professional, and the facility is immaculate. This is the first time in my life that I've ever looked forward to going to the gym!
