RecommendedI have been going to this gym now for 3 years. I absolutely love it. The best part it’s an all women’s gym All the classes are amazing and all the trainers are the best. It’s a small gym and you get to know everyone. I recommend this gym to anyone.
I work here as a cleaner and I love the atmosphere the staffs are very friendly and helpful they definitely are there to help I would recommend this place a billion times I have no faults at all soon I'll join with the kids keep up the great job
I signed up for the 21 day challenge. My first day was Friday. Did the Zumba Class and Kickboxing. Loved it. The staff is extremely pleasant and supportive. I signed up as a member on the spot. It's very clean and organized. Looking forward to spending much time there. On Team The Bat Ladies and working very hard to rack up those points. The motivation to win is enough to push me to my limit.
I really like the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff and the class teachers. It's very easy-going, and being in a women's-only gym is lovely. Very clean and love the sauna!

I just signed up for this gym, so far so good. I must say I love that the machines are pretty much ready to use since it's only females using them. Very clean and no wait for any equipment ( which I love as well )
Great energy-very nice people very clean-perfect place for women of all sizes religions to come together and take care of themselves and feel lifted inspired and empowered
