Dr Brown charged me for two laser cataract surgeries. I had questions about whether he, in fact performed the second surgery using the laser or the blade. When I told him that after having the first surgery, clearly performed by laser the second felt appreciable different. In fact, I felt the knife and was awake while he performed the standard knife procedure.
