Jim Dyer helped us to find the best auto that fit our needs and got the lowest price possible and he made the buying experience fun at a family setting we have bought 3 cars at this location we will come back for our next auto. Staff was attentive to the conditions we were looking to find/ price of vehicle, type of vehicle, etc., and worked to help us find such a vehicle. The approval process was quick and painless. The necessary paperwork was prepared efficiently and explained thoroughly. I will definitely deal with them again.
Allen Vines is the best Dodge dealer I have ever had any dealings with. When my daughter an I walked in we were treated like we were family. They had the car she wanted and made her the best deal of all the dealers we went to. And best of all they made sure that all the numbers lined up and worked for her before applying for credit, the other dealerships we worked with did not, they were more in to if you could buy it or not! We enjoyed our experience at Alan Vines Automotive better than ANY other dealership we've dealt with. The salesman and staff were all very friendly and the customer service was wonderful!!!!
