The entire team went out of their way to get me the right vehicle. Being in a wheelchair the original vehicle (a Durango) was a bit too high for me to get into. Eventually we found a Jeep Grand Cherokee that met all my needs to a tee. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied.
After negotiating for a 2012 Sonata Limited, which was brought in from another dealer, we drove in from Jonesboro, Ar to pick up and bring home our new car. I initially looked at a used, 2011 Dodge Challenger that Alan Vines had on the lot. Before my wife could see the car, it sold. Clarence Martin, the sales rep, told us that they could find another Challenger and asked what amenities we would want. Mike made my first time buying a car a great experience. He helped me look for exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I test drove a couple of different models that I had never been in, especially with all of the new technology in cars. I wasn't planning on buying a car the day I did, but he helped to price out a vehicle I liked just to see what I would have to pay with my trade in vehicle. 5 stars all the way! I gave this rating because they were very friendly and work with us to find the car we wanted at a price we could live with. They gave us a reasonable deal and weren't pushy at all.
