I had a great experience as a first-time homebuyer thanks to Alan. He answered all of my questions and most importantly, was readily available and responsive throughout the entire process. We were able to close fast with no hiccups and had no issues with communicating to all of the parties involved. He was very personable and would let me know his thoughts when we visited the properties I was interested in. I'm still amazed we got things done so quickly!

Alan was fantastic! I had inherited my condo, and had never bought or sold a property ever before. Besides being expert in every aspect of the process and giving me terrific advise, he so was kind and helpful! He helped me over the rough spots, and guided me through the whole thing.
