Dr. Rogers is a superb physician for those who want sensitive, thoughtful and insightful care. He very, very thorough, so be prepared to spend some time. I personally respond very favorably to a doctor that continues to explain and ask questions until both of us are completely satisfied that the best solutions are presented to various conditions. His level of experience and knowledge is excellent. I heartily recommend him!
Dr. Rogers has been by primary care physician for about 25 years. His nagging about my rising PSA level saved my life and monitoring and guidance for my diabetes control has kept me healthy.

Medical care doesn't get any better than the care you receive with Dr. Rogers. He's everything we all want. Accessible. Professional. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Reasonable. Helpful. Persistent. Will help navigate the medical roadblocks that we sometimes bump into. He steps to a different drum in the medical world with regard to his approach to the system, to your system, to your needs. He's the best I've dealt with in Santa Fe with regard to the foregoing.

As far as good medical care goes, Dr. Alan Rogers is IT. Thorough, sincere, compassionate and caring - and available! You can get his attention when you need it. It's not the short-shrift, in-and-out school of medicine that's increasingly common nowadays. The only caveat is cost; if your on Medicare you won't be reimbursed for your visits, so I don't visit doc just to pass the time. But good medical care is worth it, especially as you get older.
Dr. Rogers took me in over his noon hour and I am most grateful. I had visited urgent care over the Memorial Day weekend but the results of a test there were inconclusive. Dr. Rogers was willing to see me the same day when my condition worsened. I am was much relieved after seeing him and I'm on the mend.
