Dr. Rogers is a kind, caring, thorough doctor. I had just moved to the ABQ area from From out of state when I made an appointment with Dr. Rogers because of a back issue. After a 90 minute consultation, he pulled strings to get me into an imaging center that day. He called me that evening to give me the results. He pulled more strings to get me into a specialist the next day. He is the best doctor I’ve ever been to. I hope my son, also a doctor, grows up to be a doctor like Dr. Rogers!
Dr. Rogers is concentrated and listens intently. He is not in a rush as most other physicians. He is easy to contact and see after the initial visit. Dr. Rogers returns phone calls. He is open to alternative modalities even if such modality is not within the realm of his customary treatment.
Terrible bed side manners, rude, and did not even begin to help resolve my inital concerns
Business response:
Hard to see a review like this. It sure doesn't sound like the care that I try to provide and it certainly doesn't sound like any experience that I've been involved with. It doesn't really sound like my office frankly. I don't employ anyone else. I am the only staff in the office, so I was somewhat relieved to see that at least the staff received high marks. Is this about another Dr. Rogers. My apologies if it was me. I'd love to respond directly if the poster would be so kind as to contact me.
I always make my appt first one of the morning so never have to wait. On the few occasions that I had an emergency, he has always fit me in, even if it was after hours. He is very thorough and takes the time to make sure I understand everything.
I always have a good visit with Dr. Rogers. I wish he would run on time. I don't mind waiting 5-10 mins. Sometimes it can be as long as 1/2hour late. I know some patients take longer than others.
Dr. Rogers is thorough and very knowledgeable. He spends time with patients on what is most important and helpful..
EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN!! HAVE BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR BETTER THAN 20 YEARS - COMPASSIONATE - UNDERSTANDING - EXPLAINS EVERTHING IN LAY TERMS
Dr. Rogers is a rarity among doctors these days: he takes the time to understand his patients as individuals, not just symptoms, and gets you inspired and excited about your journey toward better health. His approach is contrary to that of most modern doctors, who have one eye on the patient and one eye on the clock. Dr. Rogers instead listens to you and makes sure you’ve had all your questions answered. Highly recommended.
Dr. Rogers provides the highest level of care I have ever experienced. His expertise is vast and his knowledge of appropriate referrals to specialists is impeccable. He does not forget you once you leave his office, rather, he continues to follow up with whatever is needed to provide you with the best possible care and outcomes. He truly epitomizes the physician who takes the Hippocratic Oath seriously. This is health care at its best.
