Very arrogant. Did not listen to our concerns.
Dr. Ladd was amazing when my 7 yr old had to have an emergency appendectomy on memorial day. He was compassionate and thorough. Came out after surgery and even showed us pictures of his appendix! He explained he had to make incisions on the left side due to the fact he was worried of rupture. Was very thorough and understanding at follow up
