Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider rush your appointment? No Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

It was obvious they didn't care about me Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
